What this system is

This is the financial-reporting system of Beit Eliyahu Messianic Congregation, a registered association in Haifa, Israel. It is an internal, invitation-only tool used by the congregation's staff and board, and by one external funding partner, to view the organisation's accounting records and monthly financial reports, and to reconcile those records against the organisation's bank records.

It is not a public website and it offers nothing to the public: there is no sign-up, no membership area and no way to create an account. The congregation's public website is at beiteliyahu.org.

Who operates it

The system is operated by Beit Eliyahu Messianic Congregation — registered in Israel as בית אליהו קהילה משיחית (ע"ר), registered association number 580287217. The organisation is the controller of the personal data the system holds.

Who can use it

Only people an administrator has placed on the invitation list. Every user holds one of three roles — administrator, elder, or funding partner — which decides what they may see and do, and every user must set up two-factor authentication before they are admitted.

How Google sign-in is used

An invited user may sign in with a Google account instead of a password. When they choose "Continue with Google", the system receives from Google the account's email address, name and a stable account identifier, and uses them for one purpose only: to recognise the person as an invited user and sign them in. The system asks Google for nothing else — no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts — and it does not sell, share or advertise with the data, nor use it to train any artificial-intelligence model. The Privacy Policy describes this in full.
